Your Next Chapter

You’ve probably thought about it more than once. Working for yourself. Setting your own hours. Building something that has your name on it, not someone else’s. Starting your own travel business is how a lot of people finally get there, and it’s a lot more achievable than most people assume.

What starting your own travel business actually looks like

Starting a business from nothing usually means years of groundwork before you see a return. Supplier contracts, industry accreditation, booking systems, licensing, a website that actually works. Most people never get past that stage, not because the idea was wrong, but because the setup was too much.

A host agency changes that equation. You step into a business that already has the supplier relationships, the accreditation and the technology sorted, and you build the part that’s actually yours on top of it – your brand, your clients, the way you work with them.

That’s the model behind Your Travel Centre. You’re not an employee and you’re not franchising someone else’s name. You’re an independent operator with a fully equipped business behind you, trading as yourself from the very first booking.

The Short Version

You don’t need to start from zero. You need a business model with the infrastructure already built, so you can spend your energy on clients and growth, not on paperwork you’d rather not be doing.

Own It, Don’t Rent It

A host agency, not a borrowed name

Some models ask you to trade under someone else’s brand, an umbrella you sit beneath rather than a business you own. The clients belong to the brand, not to you, and if you ever leave, you leave with nothing but experience.

Starting your business with a host agency is different. It’s still your name on the website, your logo on the invoice, your relationship with the client. We provide the supplier access, the technology and the support underneath it, but the business itself is yours to build, and yours to keep.

Before You Enquire

Questions people ask before starting

It varies from person to person, but most agents are set up and taking their first bookings within a few weeks of getting started, once the paperwork and onboarding are sorted.

Not necessarily. We’ll talk you through what’s needed as part of onboarding, including anything you need to set up on your end, so you’re not left guessing.

Our hosting plans are straightforward and commission-based. We can talk you through the specifics of terms and conditions when you enquire, so you know exactly what you’re signing up for.

Many of our agents start part-time and build up as their client base grows. Plenty of people run this alongside other work, at least in the beginning.

That’s entirely up to you. Some agents focus on cruising, some on luxury travel, others on a particular destination. Your brand and your niche are yours to define.
